Education is the foundation of patients being able to self-manage their chronic kidney condition. MyRenalCare helps patients understand their disease, what to monitor and what to look out for by providing bite-sized videos. These are available on the MyRenalCare and our YouTube channel.

Patients can self-monitor their condition by accessing their blood results and recording their own clinical observations (such as blood pressure, weight and urine dip) against theirs personalised goals and treatment strategy.

Healthcare professionals are able to access this data and perform remote monitoring with 100% digital consultations (no phone or video calls) and provide feedback to the patient via the platform.
