  • MyRenalCare is a Web App – a web site. You don’t need to download it. It can be used on any personal computer, tablet or smartphone that is connected to the internet.

  • No. MyRenalCare augments the existing relationship between clinicians and their patients, it is one of several types of interactions. Patients using MyRenalCare can proactively contact their clinician at any time should they feel the need and clinicians can schedule phone/video calls or face to face to appointments as they feel is appropriate. Usage to date shows that for stable patients, clinicians have chosen to make up to 75% of consultations virtual.

  • MyRenalCare is highly flexible and can integrate with most systems. To date MyRenalCare has already been integrated with Vital Pulse (a renal EHR)
