Patients can more effectively learn about their condition with bite-sized animated videos. They can self-monitor their condition by recording their own clinical observations against personalised goals and treatment strategies and contact their clinical team directly when needed - patient initiated follow up (PIFU). Clinicians can remotely monitor their patients, access their blood results and patient recorded observations, and conduct 100% virtual consultations (no phone or video calls).
