Last updated February 2024

Our commitment to accessibility

MyRenalCare is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people regardless of ability and to make sure all can access our services in a non-discriminatory way, so we can positively impact all our users lives.  We aim to make our web-based apps as accessible as possible, compliant with current requirements and supported across all types of devices on a continual basis.

Our ongoing development is guided by best-practice accessibility guidelines such as WCAG and ISO 30071-1.

While this site and our online services have been created to be as usable as possible, many people are likely to get the most accessible experience by customising their computer to suit their individual needs and for that we recommend My Computer, My Way (link to: https://mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk/mcmw) to customise the accessibility features already on your devices.

Limitations of this site's accessibility

We are working toward to improve the accessibility of MyRenalCare with the goal of eventually achieving WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, and these improvements will be updated in a future update.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of MyRenalCare. Please let us know if you encounter any accessibility barriers by emailing us at info@myrenalcare.com. To help us understand your difficulty quickly, it would help us if you could provide the information advised in ‘Contacting Organisations about Inaccessible Websites’ in your request.

All constructive feedback regarding the accessibility or usability of our site and services is welcome and will be carefully considered.
