MyRenalCare success is celebrated on World Kidney Day 2023

More than 1,200 patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), under the Wessex Kidney Centre at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (PHU), have been using MyRenalCare for the last 12 months as part of a trial delivering routine care virtually to reduce patient travel time and increase clinic capacity for new and urgent patients.

MyRenalCare wins NHS X Digital Health Partnership Award

They share the challenges faced by people working in different NHS organisations and their solutions and best practice.

The foundation of being able to effectively self-manage your kidney disease is to understand the disease, what to monitor and what to look out for. MyRenalCare has developed a series of bite-sized education videos that are available not only on the MyRenalCare platform now on our YouTube channel making it easily accessible to all.
